With VRDC Session Scheduler, you can build your schedule in advance and access it during the show via export or with the Mobile App. Sessions do fill up, so please arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend. Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a seat.

Rama Allen is an executive creative director at The Mill New York, where he directs and consults on film, interactive and immersive experiences. Rama oversees a multidisciplinary team of designers, filmmakers, coders, and VFX artists to create new kinds of cinematic experiences using established and emerging storytelling mediums. He also runs Mill LAB, a global initiative dedicated to prototyping the future of film through experimental projects and the invention of new technologies. Rama has directed a wide array of acclaimed projects for clients such as HBO, Showtime, Cadillac, Levi's and Sony, and has received two Emmy nominations for his 'Vikings' and 'True Blood' title sequences. Most recently, he was included in Adweek's 'Creative Top 100' and was recognized as "one of the top 10 visual artists changing the way we see advertising and the world". Along his creative path, Rama has been a sound designer, DJ, photographer, writer, interactive developer, designer and mischief maker. An accomplished presenter, he has spoken on the creative process at conferences and universities including Cannes Lions, SXSW, OFFF Barcelona, FITC, Yale, and NYU, amongst others.

Welcome! You can use the Session Scheduler tool to browse sessions and build a custom event schedule. Once you've saved your personal schedule, you can access it from the free VRDC Mobile app (available approximately 30 days before the event). Note: use the same login/password on the Mobile app that you set up on this web site.
Step 1. Create an account. Use the "Create Account" button at the top of the right-hand corner.
Step 2. Choose a view. Select either the "List" or the "Grid" icon. (It's the same data, just a different view of the sessions.)
Step 3. Choose your sessions. Click the "Add" or "Remove" button next to each session to add it to, or remove it from, your personalized schedule.
Step 4. Review your schedule. Push the "My Schedule" button in the left column to view your selected sessions.
